Autoglym products have been around for years but I've never tried them. I have windshields on two cars that look like tree sap stains - tiny dots - all over. Both are new cars so haven't been on the road for years or anything. They looked like paint that really needed clay. Made cleaning windshields difficult - stains caught tiny microfiber cloths when you tried to use them. I've tried several methods to clean the windshields but to no avail. Even an eccentric polisher with a mild cleaner didn't help. Bought Autoglym glass polish and it worked! Applied with a microfiber applicator, like paint. You don't need a lot of product - just apply with reasonable force to make the glass smooth, allow to dry to a matte finish, then wipe with a clean microfiber cloth. I am completely satisfied with the results. Windshields are as smooth as can be!
