I am satisfied with this shirt, but large models last a very long time! My husband is 6ft 2" and about 290 and the 3XT fit was roomy, nice and light for a hot South Florida summer. I've never put his shirts in the dryer, so I don't expect severe shrinkage. If it shrinks I'll post again and let you know, but I've had good luck for years washing in cool or cold water and hanging to dry. A little pricey for a home jersey but I hope it lasts a few years and for the comfort it's $19. Good luck and don't go tall unless you're 6ft 5in or taller.
