I like that we can have conversations with our team members about their performance, but also easily track them down if needed (which makes it easier than having multiple managers).
We're in Japan now so not everyone has access at all times or knows how things work here etc., which leads me sometimes into thinking of features they should get instead because what's available isn't enough/easy and there might be something better out elsewhere too? The fact you need someone from your organization as well though still works against this since some people just aren’t good when self aware / introverted by nature even moreso outside those environments where feedbacks were given freely & openly without hesitation before hand :) But overall great product + service provider = winwin situation especially considering Japanese culture differences etc..
