Too tight for caps

Doesn't want to screw on at all, and if so, then ALSO HERE. It still unscrews with a decent amount of force, but it's so tight that you can't fully insert it to ensure a proper seal. This aftermarket MTC brand is JUNKStick with OEM Volvo.
