Review on Staffjoy by Michael Flade

I love that it's easy to use, can be used for multiple companies at once with different staff sizes/experience levels. It does take some time getting used to but all of my coworkers are very friendly and helpful! The ability to make changes is great as well. There were challenges in scheduling when we had more than one person working from home during certain times (not enough hours). We also weren't able to see who was available for certain shifts quickly enough. This made it difficult to schedule people into specific positions. If you're looking for an automated way to organize your employees' schedules, this software works best if everyone has their own computer so they have access to it. You won't need to spend much money or resources to get set up. With just a few clicks, our managers are now able to easily assign tasks to each.
