***Upgraded to two stars from originally 1 star. Denon sent me a new one after a lot of hassle and lots of extra troubleshooting steps. Your software should produce more descriptive errors at this price. *** Absolutely terrible software. No connection via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, except intermittently. Save your money and avoid this junk. The sound is very nice, but if you can't reproduce it, who cares? - Red indicator flashes red after reboot and reset. - No connection via Bluetooth OR Wi-Fi. - Submitted a support ticket in the Heos app and received a server error. What the hell is that? Update: I tried to call support at a time when the website says the support line is open but the support line says it's closed. Not satisfied with this expensive paperweight.
