Mixed Reviews - Bucket

This bucket and mop combo was new to me. I've never seen a system that rotates the mop to squeeze the water out. I thought the price was good, so I decided to give it a try. It works almost as advertised. The mop heads are removable so they can be replaced when they wear out, saving you the hassle of buying a whole mop. It seems more economical. The mop works well enough. It holds a lot of water so you can wet your floors well and then mop up the water. This makes the work more efficient than some other systems. Spin wringing the mop is not as effective as a more conventional water wringing system. It's not that bad, but I'd rather be able to pump the last bit of water out of there. Nevertheless, it does its job. I took off one star for unreliability. The first time I used a bucket, the handle broke off when I tried to pour out the water. I almost tipped the whole bucket on the floor which would have been a big problem for me. I was lucky to catch him in time. The problem was that this bucket is plastic and the handle is held on by what look like rivets. The handle slipped off one of these rivets and the bucket suddenly fell down. That really shouldn't have happened. I didn't overfill the bucket. I haven't even used it yet. I think that's bad design. Overall I would recommend this, but you have to be careful not to lose control of the bucket. Update: I didn't notice that the bucket has a plug on the side. However, my cat noticed this and managed to get it out. I replaced it but found the bucket was leaking. The plug is not damaged; it just didn't form a seal when I replaced it. I used hot glue to seal the connector which stopped the leak. I don't know why the stub is there, but I think it's a bad idea. And if you put a plug in there, it's easy to swap out and make a proper seal. It was worth another star.
