Review on Empty Plastic Cosmetic Containers by Healthcom by Kristy Young

Purchased for use in homemade lip balm. They work great, but we still haven't gotten exactly 100. Our first order had 98 bottoms and 104 tops. I have contacted the company/seller and there is still no answer as to whether they can send 6 bottoms. We couldn't send them back because we've already used them. I ordered another batch and they had 101 full caps and tops plus a few extra bottoms so everything lined up. We plan to buy more. 4 stars because they really need to make sure there are 100 matching caps and bottoms.
