So, let's get started. First the positives: I really like the basket which is designed for using your own coffee. I've had Keurig for years and it's been a pain to clean. In addition, I always had coffee residues on the bottom of the cup. I also like the ability to make a bold drink. Cleaning this product is very easy. Cons: Slow brewing. I can make my bed in the morning while waiting for it to be made. The receptacle that the cup rests on holds the minimum amount. If you forget to put your cup down or use a cup that's too small, you're in for a real mess. All in all, I keep this coffee maker to myself. I'm willing to put up with slow brewing to be easy to clean.
