So I did that to make it less obvious that it's a camera. This does the trick and makes it less noticeable overall, but if you look at it for more than a few seconds you'll likely still notice the camera. You just insert a Wyze camera (I have v2) from the top and then connect it from the back. The camera is perfectly aligned with the notch on the bottom. When the camera is in place, there is approximately 4 1/2 inches from the top of the camera to the hole in the top. This is a gloss black finish that matches the black parts of the camera lens.
