This is the cutest dress for a one year old baby. My niece is actually a bigger baby. She is 12 months old, weighs 24 pounds and has been wearing clothes for 24 months. So I was concerned that the dress would not fit as it only fits a size 12m for 'one' outfit. It fit her very well. In fact, she was wearing overalls underneath.
