This shampoo works. It also makes the hair very soft, so there is no need for a separate conditioner. I didn't find the scent to be as bad as some reviews put it - I think it's because it's 'different', doesn't smell like apples or other obvious scents. The product needs to be shaken first, but also doesn't need to be left on the scalp "to work". Once washed off, you will feel that your hair and scalp have become clean and beautiful. If scalp problems persist after using the shampoo, you may also need a scalp treatment product such as Betacap in combination with the shampoo. Very good product and value for money - only available in large sizes in the US.
