Best ergonomics for battery grips

I was looking for a grip for my OM-D EM-5 and since I didn't need a battery holder or other extended functionality, I decided to use the Fotodiox- model at a very reasonable price. For me it was due to the better ergonomics and the camera actually works much better now. The fit is perfect and discreet, ie it doesn't look like a foreign body when installed. However, I initially had trouble fitting the camera properly - hard to believe as only one screw is required, but for some reason it took a bit of adjustment to get it a perfect fit. I think it was a problem with the screw in the tripod hole. I love that Fotodiox offers an extra tripod hole as the original hole is used by the handle itself. Very smart. My only minor issue with this grip is that it adds a lot of weight to the camera. I don't mind the larger overall size of the camera once it's installed, but the extra weight is noticeable and I wish it was partially composite and not all metal. But overall I'm very happy with this grip and would recommend it to anyone whose main goal is to improve camera ergonomics.
