I thought for $170 I would buy myself a decent chair. This was not the case. Unpacking the assembly was about average. but then it went downhill. The first day I had the chair, one of the straps holding the lumbar support broke. At first it wasn't very good at keeping the support in the right place, but after that it became completely useless, although I tried to find a way to get it working for a couple of days. The wheels wouldn't spin properly if the chair had any weight at all. So basically every time you moved the chair while you were sitting in it, half the wheels would slide across the floor. After a while I noticed it was damaging our vinyl records. That final dying knee happened about a month later while I was sitting in it working from home, and one of the legs on the underside connecting the wheels to the center of the base just broke off, throwing me to the ground. If you're looking for a prank chair to create some videos to submit to AFV, this might be a good option for you. It would be funny if my fall to the ground was filmed. However, if you really need a decent chair that will roll on the floor and last more than a month, look elsewhere.
