I was just watching this last night. For some reason I was a little apprehensive about this, but now I'm so glad I bought it. I'm sure I'll watch it many times and lend it to friends. Did you think you knew Oprah? She really shows her heart and soul here to help others come to the realization she has come to. Very inspiring. Beautifully filmed and produced. Reliable information on exercise but unfortunately a very low fat diet is advertised which recent research and experience of many people has shown is not healthy in the long term. But if you get solid nutrition information from Beyond Pritikin or The Diet Cure, you can follow the other recommendations in this video and get inspired by Oprah's struggles and triumphs. It inspired me to get up before 5am to exercise! (Only because I have to be at work by 8.) Do it!
