Review on Compact EVA Case - Durable Protection For Earbuds, Headset, Chargers, Airpods And More by Rahman Lassiter

Based on first impressions only . I like it

I got two of these cases (my first time trying these, i would want more but i wanted to test them first) and so far based on first impressions, I am 100% going to get more. Basically I ended up getting deals on Mp3 Players on sale and wanted to get a few cases so when i store them (some models being discontinued but i like them, so I wanted to have backups) they are at least somewhat protected from dings/scratches/etc .I do have to say that if you dont have a SMALL pair of earbuds . well i'd pick up a case for my earbuds and another for my music player as trying to get both in THIS case is a bit tight . I dont think it'd work . however as long as it fits the player, THAT is what I wanted.I can comfirm with two of my larger mp3 players that the Sansa Fuze+ fits in snuggly but it's like the case was made for it . a perfect fit. My Victure M5x I did have to put in at a slight angle (it's too tall. say from the bottom of the touchpad to the top of the screen. sometimes height/width matters how you are holding it, so i explained it like that) but it does fit and dont misunderstand me . it does fit and it doesn't seem to fit but "is stretching out" the case or anything . just like maybe 1 or even just 1/2 a centimeter too big for the case to fit in "perfectly snug". I almost didn't try this but typing this review I thought of it . what about getting the players out?The Fuze+ when flipped over (@ the side of the case it's in and case is open) it falls right out . the Victure M5X needs help . but there is room on the left or the right to get my finger under it (you could also use a small PLASTIC tool too. to protect the player from scratches) to pop it right out of the case . there really isn't any effort even using my finger, but it is that snug that it's likely not going to fall out like the Fuze+ and really I have NO problem with that.Protection wise MAYBE (? even this) some cases for a few dollars more may have slightly more padding or a layer of padding between the two sides and I do have two of THOSE type cases but for my use-case and being 1/2 the price of those options which i DO like too . I am HAPPY with these and as I said I already know 100% I have a use-case (no pun) for at least ONE more of these.I can see any cons but if there are any . maybe i wish it was a little bigger for earbuds or a charging cable (note: about the size . one of those REALLY small charging cables . the short kind, COULD probably fit in here better than a pair of earbuds (WITH a player to use them with . earbuds alone would be fine) .ALSO I cant speak long term if you plan to open and close the case, regarding how well the zipper lasts long term, but I dont plan on doing that alot . I just have two touchpad mp3 players that I am keeping as backups and wanted to protect them in draws until i use them.100%, I'd recommend these case, so far.---------------------------------------------Additions I forgot in intial review.- I have to just add that there is no lanyard included even though there is a strap for one to fit in, if you alreeady have one.- Protection wise I dont think anyone should any case like this to be ran over by a car if dropped and not noticed . that sort of thing. but I think the thickness would protect this from average falls . it may depend on the height of the fall and also what surface it's hitting but I dont THINK dings and scratches/nicks would happen from a simple fall.- I have a case for my Victure M3 where i can have the headphones sticking out a tiny part of the zipper opening but have it zipped up . this case at least for my two larger players . the Fuze+ and the Victure M5x well that would NOT be an option . a small (say the prior mentioned Victure m3 or maybe something in the sansa Clip form factor, it should not be a problem if you wanted to use it like that with the player in the case and a wire sticking out (or something smaller with BT . note though . i am not sure how this case may effect the BT signal, if at all)- One last thing I just thought of while typing this addition . One of the reasons that sparked looking at cases . .while i cant use this for walking around (no room for a headphone plug to come out and the player be in the case. was due to my rubber case + strap messing up the Sansa E-Series player that I had it on . (will no go into details with that) . I took the e-series and tried it in this case and even with the power button being on the front of the e-series player . the Sansa E-series being my third "biggest" player . fits just fine and falls right out when you open the case fully. so all three of my (realitively speaking) "larger" mp3 players fit fine . even the one i have to "angle in" is really no problem.
