No directions no tolerances so things don't match

Stumbled upon this after looking for another vertical can storage. Although it was clearly new to the market I took a chance because the idea is great and it was the only one I could find after stumbling across it. The company needs a lot of work before it becomes a good product. First, it arrived in a box that was in no way secure, and for some reason Revane didn't bother to put it in another bag or box. So when I went to pick up the bag from the porch, the box was ALREADY . OPEN! And I have a camera, so I know nobody came and checked. Once it was brought in and fully opened there were NO instructions, pictures or anything on or in the box that would tell you what it was like. I don't have to look for my purchase and the only assembly instructions are just the photos. And maybe, just maybe, if it was very easy to put together I'd forgive more, but nothing about it was easy to put together. The hole tolerances were clearly violated, so the intermediate rods didn't really fit into the holes. Because of this, it was impossible to even come close to aligning and fitting the second set of holes. After about 15 minutes of two people getting frustrated, we finally gave up on six and tried using only three. It almost worked, but since the holes were still not big, it was very difficult to insert even 3 bars and they didn't snap very well, did they. We really had to try to keep it flat as much as possible. To add, the ball bearings on the ring that allow it to rotate ARE NOT ATTACHED TO THEM! It doesn't snap. Just sit there so don't try to pick it up. It's a really great concept, although I think they could have used even a little more lip to hold it in place. This could be a very good product. It just isn't there yet :( The only reason I probably won't try to go back is hoping the 3 will hold the weight (who knows) and after all this frustration trying to make it work , I don't want to spend more time taking it apart to bring it back
