I bought this knee brace for knee pain I had while walking. I've tried straps that go just below the knee, but my knee pain gradually got worse. After looking at Revain's options, I tried Neenca because it looked comfortable and didn't use straps. I like the fit and the feel. It stays in place and doesn't slip off your foot when you walk. And it's not as hot as the old neoprene knee pads I used to wear. I had an issue - one of the sides of the brace was damaged in transit (it arrived in a padded Revain envelope that looked like it had been folded). Your package included a sheet with a customer support email address where you can send comments if you need help. So I emailed them at 11:28pm explaining the problem and asking how they could help me to solve the problem. At 11:46pm I received a reply from customer service offering to send another knee pad to replace the damaged one. I sent them my order number and shipping address at 00:04. At 2:22am I received an email that a replacement order was on the way. It's hard to beat that response time. I'm a happy customer.
