I was skeptical about buying new controls. I'm not mechanical by nature and thought it was more than I could take. They were cheap so I figured why not. They arrived in a really nice, fancy package (it looks really amazing!), and while the instructions were terrible, once I actually saw how to install them, it was a breeze. One screw for both! They were up and running in minutes! And an unexpected advantage, I shift gears much more smoothly and brake much more gently than with the series. I'm not sure if this is intentional, but so far it's happening. I recommend these bad boys for your r3!
