narrow width I wouldn't recommend this unless you're prepared for pain and don't use a lot of product to flatten your chest a bit. I'm a 14 year old trans man, I wore this to school for a school day (6 or 7 hours), it worked fine but it hurt when I took it off. You also need to find what works best for you. What I found best for removing was pulling the tape and peeling back the skin at the same time. The pain was much less, but there was some skin peeling around my armpit. Before putting it on, take a small area (a little larger than your nipple) and put a piece of toilet paper on the nipple, there will be much less pain. Try to use it every other day as your breasts get very sore.
