I disagree with the one review about not good for an adult. I say the complete opposite. I bought the chair for my 16 year old son and my mom who is 65 has back issues, especially in the tailbone region, and she sat in the chair and it has been comfort for her ever since. It relieves the pressure off her back and it is very easy for her to get out of, she just bounces out! She even uses it in her living room. The only down fall is I purchased one last year for my son and paid $53, this year I went to go buy my mom her own and the price is at $79
