I’m a size 14 so I got a large but to be able to get it on by myself I had to put on tummy control underwear. I would get one size up from your pant size. It worked well while working out but it did roll up a few times. It definitely keeps you standing up straight!
- I ordered a medium, and it was small.very right. It is easy to clasp in some spots though.
- Can cause chafing on the skin
