These are wonderful items for my child. Good thickness. It's short so she doesn't choke. I still look at her but she loves to play with spoons. It will take her some time to learn how to dip a spoon in a bowl, but in small increments. The quality is great, the colors are beautiful. At first I regretted not ordering them as they are very small for an adult. But when my child wanted to try eating alone, I passed him the spoon and it quickly became clear that these were educational tools to help children eat alone. So, while a bit small for me, these spoons are GREAT for babies. Highly recommended!
