The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.
If you have teeth without problems, raids, frequent caries, then take the usual paste with fluoride - cheap and cheerful, the main thing is effective. All studies show that the brushing technique is especially important (Youtube is full of videos of dentists with the technique), and not the paste. If there are problems, it's worth a try, because. cooler than only Japanese paste with a maximum content of hydroxyapatite, but there the price is absolutely space.
