Bought for my husband to work in the field on large construction sites. He works as a manager and has to walk around large construction sites with an iPod in tow. His work requires him to refer frequently to drawings, specifications, quality control and the preparation of daily reports. The loop and the carrying handle/strap make all this (safely) possible without having to carry the iPod alone to a large construction site. He LOVES it and now uses it all day/every day. It is well made, sturdy and durable. He had several colleagues who also asked for a link to order it. We've also added a protective glass for extra insurance. However, I cannot confirm the quality of the built-in screen. I would add an extra screen protector no matter what environment the iPad was used in. It's a lot cheaper than a screen replacement. FYI: My husband has dropped his iPad multiple times with this case on and the iPad has not been damaged!
