Review on 4 Port HDMI KVM Switch Mechanical by Allen Hart
Great upgrade from the original 4K 30Hz version
I bought this new version as an upgrade from the 4K 30Hz 4 port version I bought last summer. Considering how much time I'm spending at my desk now that COVID has forced me to work from home, I've found that the additional upgrades are worth the cost of buying a new device. This new version works well with the volume keys and macros on my keyboard, and switching between different resolutions and refresh rates feels a lot smoother. I don't have a 144hz monitor so I can't comment on this feature. I have had numerous KVMs over the years and this is the best I have ever used.
