Finally I can use a keyboard and mouse for both work and my personal MacBook. Easy to set up! So far the product seems pretty reliable and we'll see how it performs in a few weeks. The only complaint (not on the product) is that it has so many cables. I still need two adapters for mac-to-hdml and mac-to-usb. I have 9 wires to connect everything :)

It's been a month since I got this and mostly it's perfect. In the last month of working days he had trouble changing three times. I'm not sure if this can be avoided, so I still think it's an A in my book. If it never messed up it would be an A+ because it really helped me use one monitor for two laptops.

Enabled one-touch switching of the following peripherals between two laptops: camera, microphone, wireless mouse, external hard drive, wireless mouse. The device itself has 3 USB inputs, but I only connected 5 with a 3-port USB extension cable. Removed desktop peripheral clutter and manually reconnecting devices between laptops. highlighted.

Easy setup. I use it between work and my personal laptop. no drivers required, just PnP. Dual screen for my personal laptop via HDMI, single screen for my work laptop via VGA. But I use my laptop screen as a second monitor.

The only thing that bothers me is that in the month of my usage 3-4 times the whole screen went black for a few seconds and then came back to normal. Wonder if this is the quality of long-term use.

I'm using this to use a wireless keyboard and mouse and a second monitor between two Win10 laptops. The keyboard/mouse combo uses a universal Logitech wireless dongle that plugs into one USB port on the KVM, freeing the other two USB ports for general use. This setting works great. The shared monitor has a resolution of 2560 x 1440, 60Hz, which is less than the KVM limit of 4K, so I can't say how it will handle 4K video. Worked for a while now it just comes off and is very inconsistent. After switching, it continues to behave as if it were detecting a new switch. The screen goes black, the mouse and keyboard turn off, then they all come back and turn off after 1 second. Eventually it seems to stabilize, but it can still randomly act like you've pushed a switch when you haven't.
