I have very thin nails, they break at the edges - I always had to trim them short or they ripped. I have protein polishes, nail hardeners, oils etc and while they help my nails grow faster with these products they have never helped them crack and crack. So I was hesitant to try this product but decided to give it a try. I've been using it for about a week and my nails have never broken or cracked. I didn't think they were "fatter", just stronger. The liquid is more like a gel and absorbs quickly into the nail. I had to twist the top of the handle a few times to get the gel to flow, but once it started flowing I only have to twist it in my hand twice. The instructions state that you only need to use it once a day for 5 days and then just switch to new nail growth zones. I use it twice a day - once in the morning and once in the evening (but I find my nails problematic, very thin and weak). I am very happy with the result and will buy this product again!
