Review on ⌚️ Invicta Women's Diver Collection Watch - Women's Wristwatch and Timepiece by Ruvani Rodriguez

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Looks great but the quality deteriorates over time

I've had this watch for a few months now and I really like it. This is a relatively large and heavy watch for women, exactly what I was looking for. (For those looking for a small business suit watch, keep looking.) Essential and just the right mix of casual and dressy, it's something you can dress up for almost any occasion. I wear it to work as well as casual wear on weekends. The hands also glow in the dark, which is a nice feature - and since the whole face doesn't light up, just the tips of the hands/numbers, it doesn't bother cinemas etc. at all. Overall I am very happy with the purchase! I have had other Invicta watches for over a year so I am happy with the quality and finish. Definitely a buy recommendation for the price! People always assume I pay a lot more for them than I actually do! ***UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR***: Although I gave the watch 5 stars in my initial review above, I am reducing the rating to 3 stars after one year of ownership. . Problem? qualitative. While I still love the look of the watch, it just doesn't live up to the quality I was hoping for from the Invicta. After wearing the watch for about 6 months with normal light use (ie not underwater or diving), moisture began to seep out from under the crystal dial. At first this didn't really bother me as it has sometimes happened with other watches (usually $25-50 watches) and sometimes the moisture has just evaporated on its own. The moisture eventually evaporated, but small white splotches of what I think must be mold began to form across the face's digital dials. Rough. Not sure if this has anything to do with the "glow in the dark" coating, but whatever the reason, the watch is now mostly unusable (although technically it's still functional), as the hands/numbers are covered with fuzzy white spots. I bought a fancier version of the Invicta watch (two tone gold plate) around the same time I bought this watch and it too had quality issues after about a year - in this case a couple of the digital dials actually came off. off the dial and now move into the watch. Overall, I still like the look of this watch, but the quality just isn't there. I will stay away from Invicta watches in the future.
