returned. Pacifier at the end is not good

I used foam guns several times. The best advice I can give is to always use a plastic tube or straw on the end of the gun. Even if it's just a 1 inch piece of plastic tubing, it keeps the gun tip clean and prolongs the gun life. There is no nipple at the tip of this gun that simply slips onto a straw. It comes with a couple of plastic attachments that you can use to attach a hose, but they'll be useless on two occasions and then you'll have to get more. I've had good luck with AWF guns. I would

This is a foam gun. Saves time and money.

I have used an overpriced Great Stuff Pro pistol and a cheap one (ARTISTORE brand). This one, the Foamnseal FNS 500, is definitely my favorite. The coating on it is really non-stick. None of the other pistols had anything like this, although the cheap one claimed to have one. I can rest assured that this will remain sealed for >30 days, saving a lot of money, time and frustration. I used a can or two of cleaner on the previous two guns because I couldn't trust them to stay sealed for more…

Follow the instructions and it works. MUCH LESS THROUGHPUT!

Makes the foam really easy to use. Gives you amazing control that you can never compare with a regular tin can and straw. Works just like the original. With a little practice and a YouTube video, you can get the result you want. Much less frustration than the alternative. Read the instructions. Connect it. Work out. Get the job done in much less time with far fewer words you don't want kids to use. I wonder why you thought foam was such a problem. Clean the beast properly - may take longer than

Amazing tool. you will never return

If you're like me you're probably wondering if you really need this gun. How much better can it be than syringe cans? I still don't make that much foam. And the foam costs about 40% more in professional banks (what to do with it anyway?). Well, let me tell you. After 15 seconds with this gun I can say without a doubt that they need to stop making these cans. This pistol is amazing. The homeowner cannot justify not having this item. In any case, you should probably use a lot more foam than you…

No need to pay more

I bought a few cans of Great Stuff Pro at my local hardware store (I've read that some people who shop online have had their cans expired so I'm going to bricks and a motor gone to make sure to shop to make sure I have fresh supplies). Now all I needed was an applicator. The Great Stuff they had in store was 40% more expensive than what I had seen online, so I pressed this model instead. At first I was wondering about compatibility issues since it's a different brand, but all manufacturers seem

Works very well, will never go back to single use glasses!

I had to foam quite a lot of windows so I needed a better option than disposable cans which would be too expensive. Styrofoam boxes are available here or at larger stores. The gun works as advertised, there is absolutely no reason to buy a more expensive gun commercially available and it's probably worse if it doesn't have a teflon coating. Because the valve is at the end of the keg, there is no more foam escaping when the trigger is released, and this is a huge advantage over disposable cans…

How did polyurethane foam become popular without them?!

This is the coolest thing! I am starting an entire house caulking project and have dreaded using hand gun caulking and my experience with foam in a disposable can has been less than satisfactory. I came across them on Revain and the FNS 500 had good reviews so I did. m is now in the basement, and it is difficult to maneuver the cannon with this high can swinging in the stratosphere, clinging to beams, pipes and wires. This gun has a serrated tip so I attached a short piece of vinyl tubing with…

This is the weapon to get!

With this purchase I now have three canister foam guns. It's the best of the bunch and only costs $1 more than the cheapest I have. This pistol is made entirely of metal. This is important because if you let the gun sit too long between shots, the first trigger will be very difficult. Foam appears to build up along the locking rod or at the very top, causing the metering rod to stick closed. The instructions state that you can reuse the gun with the attached foam canister for 30 days after the…
