Easy To use & effective for keeping in contact with employees

I like that it allows me to be able monitor my team's progress from different locations around our business - even when they are not present! It helps us keep up communications between offices over such long distances easily (we're 7 hours apart!).
Sometimes we can't get through due latency issues or network failure but this does no matter as far is communicating goes because of push notifications/email reminders being sent out instantly so there really isn’t any delay at all once received by phone / computer etc..

Pros

Has an amazing variety
Keeps track records fast & easy peasy in terms finding new contacts for work purposes.
Great communication platform with email, contact information + direct call options too :)
Easy access via app if you have your own smartphone device available :D
