Review on RiskTeq by Clint Mcloven

Riskteq is easy to implement once you have all the modules installed. They provide excellent customer service throughout implementation with questions and issues along the way. There is minimal reporting without the purchase of additional systems. It is hard to create custom reports without having support from RTEQ technical team and this is time consuming especially when using SSRS. Consider that it is very expensive for a tool that isn't flexible enough, lacks customizable dashboards, not enough out of the box reports. I would highly recommend getting training and working directly with the implementation team. My organization was utilizing several tools and none of them provided the functionality we were looking for. As a result our process became overly complex and difficult to track and report on.We realized there had to be a better solution which lead us to look into Riskteq. The ease of use for all users! It's very easy for anyone who is responsible or working at a facility with multiple sites across Australia. I love how they've worked out different scenarios so you can see what would happen if certain things happened during an event such as flooding. You could even add more information by adding other risks. This makes it easier than ever before when creating reports which show exactly where each site stands against their specific criteria set forth within RiskteQ.
