Review on Miniature Movements Mechanism Operated Replacement by Chuck Chen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Saved from junkyard, 2 hours

I had a small watch that only on a place in my workshop. Not wanting to give it up, I ordered a set of two mechanisms. Unfortunately, while the old hands didn't match the new movement, additional hands came along and did. Watch One Watch 2 was literally thrown in the trash. It did, and the minimal needling of the needle file allowed me to reuse the longer arrows. Both show better times than the originals. The instructions, while minimal, are clear enough to follow. The hardest part was removing the old movements and opening the dials. Installation went without problems.

Cons
  • Fine
