Review of the Biggz Online Store: A Difficult Shopping Experience

I was eager to check out Biggz's online store to buy some sports and outdoor gear because I love sports. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with the shop. First first, it's challenging to navigate and identify the necessary products on the website due to its terrible design. It takes awhile to find the precise thing you're looking for because the filters don't operate properly. The product descriptions are also imprecise and lacking. The size chart is absent, there is no information on the material used, and there are no reviews to refer to. Thirdly, the level of customer service is terrible. Hours passed before I received a response to my inquiry, and when I did, it was unhelpful and failed to address my problem. Last but not least, the goods was of low quality and didn't fit the description when it eventually arrived because the delivery had been delayed. Overall, I had a bad experience with the Biggz online store and wouldn't suggest it to anyone. If the store wants to keep customers, it needs to upgrade its website, product descriptions, customer service, and product caliber.
