First of all. I'm 5'9" and 170 pounds. Not in great shape, not in daddy shape, but I'm working out. I originally ordered a large because I'm in the awkward position where some large and some medium fit. Well the big one was a good length but definitely too wide. So I sent it back and got it Wednesday. The middle one feels better but isn't as long and fits snugly on the shoulders. So it's about whether I want to look good or feel good lol. I get this for a flamingo themed dance event and it's the only aloha style event. If I can I will post some photos. Shirt later and how it fits.
