The gun uses high-intensity vibrations to massage the appropriate muscles. It's easy to use with 30 adjustable speeds. The number on the digital display on the left shows the currently selected speed (0-30) and the number on the right shows battery life (0-99). The battery life of the gun is really long and the charging time is only a few hours. The size of the gun is suitable for both large and small muscles, and the handle is just the right size to hold the gun during the massage. The case is organized for easy access and storage. It's strong enough and compact enough to travel with. We used all nine different massage heads. Some of them were more helpful than others. Attachments with a larger surface area are good for large muscles in the arms, legs, neck, and back. The small heads were good for a subtle deep tissue massage of specific muscle areas, such as after a muscle strain. The back/spine attachment has really helped my wife with her back problem after long days caring for young children. We found that like any deep tissue massage, the muscles hurt a little the next day but felt better the next day. I would not recommend using this massage gun on the head or face as even on the lowest settings it was too intense to be relaxing. All in all, this product was worth it. In use almost every day.
