Interesting material
I bought this to make couplers on a hiking pole (see photo) that breaks into sections. I have tried other tubes including brass, aluminum and titanium. That's probably for the best. It looks good, is durable and lightweight.
Pros
- Consists of 99% carbon fibre, with the addition of 1% glass fiber to increase the strength and flexibility of the poles
