In general the quality is normal. My biggest problem is that each part is too flat. So when I installed them on the shelf there was really no edge, no gap, no proper place for the screw head to slide in and really hold the shelf with these brackets. For example, the space between a bracket and a piece of wood just doesn't fit a cap screw. I had to loosen the bracket firmly to the wood of the shelf so there was enough room for the screw.
