Review on ๐Ÿšฒ ROCKBROS Suction Cup Bike Rack: Quick Release Aluminium Alloy Carrier for 1 Bike by Chris Sanders

Revainrating 5 out of 5

AWESOME ALTERNATIVE TO SEA SUCKER! Works perfectly! A NOTICE. For a 15 mm x 115 mm thru-axle stem you need a 15 mm x 100 mm adapter!

This rack is AWESOME as long as it doesn't loosen up and stop sucking during a long ride. the time will tell. So far it looks very solid. .with my bike I can pull the handlebars and the whole car shakes, that's great! The bike wobbles a bit on corners and bumps, but I guess that's to be expected. My only concern is it swinging too much? The way it's designed feels like it could push suction down from one side every time it swings! When one side pulls up, the other pushes down. NOTE FOR PEOPLE WITH THRU WHEELS/FORKS. I have a 15mm x 115mm thru-axle, measured in REI from the post to the end of the thread, so I needed an adapter. When asked by RockBros and REI what measurement they use, they said FULL shaft length. This is incorrect, the measurement is the DISTANCE between your forks or axle tube measurement, WITHOUT the threads. Of course my 15 x 115 mm thru axle works with a 15 x 100 mm adapter. I went nuts trying to figure out if I needed a 115mm axle adapter, but I just went with the 100mm adapter. Apparently it worked and now I can transport my bike! Note: Instructions are brief, but it is recommended to wet the suction cups before installation. This is actually a good idea and will help prevent leaks and improve suction somewhat. You wouldn't think adding water to your suction cup would be a good idea lol. Won't that make her slip? No, it works well, and since I'm sucking with the fork's reading window, I can actually see the underside of the suction cups while riding to make sure they look the same as when they first started what they're doing.
