These headphones are comfortable to the touch and fit perfectly in your ears by isolating most outside noise. If you wear glasses, the ear cups do not interfere. Audio - 7.1 surround sound when enabled through the Alienware Command Center. The headphones work very well with my Alienware 15 R4. There are 3 ways to connect them to a laptop. There is only one headphone jack. Then there's the dual headphone/microphone jack. Finally, there is a way to connect through the USB port. On my laptop, this was the only way to achieve 7.1 surround sound. When using these headphones, you can adjust many different sound output settings in the Alienware Command Center. I switched from Sony Extra Bass headphones and these Alienware headphones sounded quiet at first. However, after adjusting the sound settings through the Command Center, I was able to customize the sound to my liking. These headphones seem more comfortable to listen to as the audio doesn't have to be loud to hear all the sounds in a game/movie. Overall I am happy with these headphones. They sound good, are comfortable to wear with no fatigue and work as advertised. I was also happy to hear more noise that I hadn't previously noticed with previous headphones, so it was a noticeable difference. This is a solid product. Keep it up Alienware.
