Great headphones but not for me

In short. I wore them for about 3 hours straight. The audio sounded great. Playmates said I sound great too. However, they did not sit directly on my head. It seemed to me that if I leaned heavily or leaned back, they would slip. Good thing my head didn't feel like a vise and I didn't have a headache. The main issue I had with these headphones was the mic on the boom. It was difficult to put back in and it didn't turn off when I put it back in. It turns out I prefer to raise the mic to mute the

USB problems and disconnection

I've been trying to solve this problem for several months and browsing many forums. The sound keeps dropping and I have to reconnect the USB cable to the computer. I've tried multiple USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports and even tried using the four ports on the back of my external graphics card (Alienware) which has its own battery as I thought it was a voltage issue. I've tried Alienware's awcc program and remember that now you need to download it from the Microsoft Store. This is the only product that…

Shut up and take my money!

Everything is great about these headphones. The material is excellent. Outwardly, at first I thought they might be fragile. But that's not the case. They are very well done. Comfort 10/10. I have a large head and average sized ears and the headphones fit without any issues, there is plenty of room for adjustment. The optimal sound level for me is around 40%. They are very loud at 40%. 7.1 surround sound is everything. I play shooters with them and I can identify people in buildings, on the run,

Alienware Comfortable Surround Sound Headphones

These headphones are comfortable to the touch and fit perfectly in your ears by isolating most outside noise. If you wear glasses, the ear cups do not interfere. Audio - 7.1 surround sound when enabled through the Alienware Command Center. The headphones work very well with my Alienware 15 R4. There are 3 ways to connect them to a laptop. There is only one headphone jack. Then there's the dual headphone/microphone jack. Finally, there is a way to connect through the USB port. On my laptop, this

PHENOMENAL

This isn't a $180 headset. I had both the Turtle Beach Elite 800 and Astro A50. This headset is far superior to the E800 and in no way inferior to the A50, but almost half the price. The boom mic automatically mutes when raised, like on the A50, but the mic doesn't pick up your breath like on the A50. The sound quality is comparable to the A50, but I feel the surround sound is better on this headset. This headset lacks Bluetooth and almost as many sound presets as the E800, but you sacrifice…

Excellent headphones Excellent price

I would like to start the review with the headphones with which I have decided to compare them. Pros and cons below. All of the headphones I've used have been gaming. Astro A50 (first gen) $300 Beats Studios $250 paired with DACSennheiser CS 598 $150 paired with DAC And now that I have $99 I have used them with the included USB and connected them to the DAC as well. Star on comfort as soon as I opened the box and grabbed the headphones. I was immediately struck by how comfortable the headband…
