Review on BS MALL Foundation Brushes Synthetic Brushes by Jami Harrison

I received this set of 6 foundation brushes yesterday and I'm very excited. I've been using a beauty blender for a few years and the last time I tried using a foundation brush (many years ago) it had a lot of streaks. I washed the brushes with warm water and baby shampoo and let them dry. Over night. They dried this morning, they were very soft and the smell of the packaging was gone. I squeezed the Tarte Revainian Clay Foundation straight onto the brush and applied it to my forehead, cheeks and chin and smoothed it over my face. The brush is incredibly soft and dense, leaving a stunning finish! I didn't have to buff it or apply it in circular motions - just sweep it over the skin from the center to the edges, it blended perfectly. I used a large tapered brush to apply concealer under my eyes and I'm not sure I like the finish. After applying it where I needed it, I had to go over it with a flat brush to smudge the concealer and blend it well. Finally, I applied a loose setting powder with a damp beauty blender. I look forward to trying out the rest of the brushes and trying different cone brush techniques to see if I find one that works well.
