Bought these to replace my Siberia 840 wireless headset ear pads. These are not 3.0 cm as i hoped. I was really disappointed in this. No idea if other buyers got 3 cm pads. There is no way to measure these as 3 cm unless you include a part of the headset when measuring.They are leather, and the foam is firmer than the original ear pads on the headset. The attachment system is made of elastic plastic, its supposed to be tugged into/around the headset's attachment space.Pictures with measurements attached. Would not buy again because i wanted thicker ones. If I was within the return window I would have returned them. Took too long to actually unbox and go to install them and then I realized the size.
