Fiction! Worked great!
It was everything I was looking for. The only downside was that it didn't stay as cold as I would like. After 15 minutes, the gel packs felt cool, not cold. However, I have tried several leg wraps for my horses and they work better than others. Velcro straps were also unnecessarily long, but I can deal with that.
