They popped up when I searched "travel tweezers" hoping to find a blunt-tipped tweezer that hopefully wouldn't cause problems for airport security. I think the only thing about "travelling" is this, if so. The case has proved handy for the home as I keep the tweezers in a case that is easy to find in my desk drawer - no more rummaging through a drawer looking for a lost pair of tweezers somewhere downstairs. There is one with a square end in this set so far it protects them well and makes a good pair of tweezers. The whole set is of high quality. I had tweezers with the typical beveled tip which is expensive and I thought they weren't as good but they are actually better. The square tip and the angled tip hold up very well. I haven't used the pointed tip much, but I saw that it might be useful for ingrown ears. The surprise of this set is that it has a long, sharp, pointy bevel - at first I tore her skin, but for some reason I resisted - I just had to get used to a different angle. As I got used to holding them at the right angle, I realized they were the best tweezers I've ever had. The pointed tip offers excellent accuracy and the long beveled edge covers large areas and grips very well. This set is more than worth the price for just one pair of tweezers!
