ORIGINAL REVIEW (3 Stars): This purchase is for an '89 Dodge Dakota Restomod I'm working on. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a stereo as the hum of the engine is music to my ears. BUT my wife loves to get involved and needs a NICKELBACK in her life so a stereo was a must. It was right for the price and had the core features I wanted and a few extras that I thought would be great to have in a 32 year old car. Poorly. instructions are missing. But I have a lot of experience, so everything worked out for me (the color code of the wiring in the instructions does not match the wiring diagram on the block itself). The TFT screen really sucks and is only visible from certain angles, allowing you to take your eyes off the road when using it. The device appears to be as cheap and good value as (expected). Surprisingly, I didn't have any problems with either the Bluetooth connection or the TF card slot, both worked fine. The camera is a nice bonus and for the most part it works. The remote control is useless and the hands-free steering wheel controls are almost useful but move too much. UPDATED RATING (2 stars): The device has many features that I couldn't access. Mainly because access to them forces me to take my eyes off the road for too long to SEE and navigate them. The YELLOW WIRE supplying constant power somehow caused the plug to melt slightly and shut down the main unit as well. Had to switch to switchable power supply, red wire, meaning no saved settings and no auto power on at start. I wanted this device to work, I wanted it to just play music while enjoying this 32 year old car. DO NOT buy this again.
