Bought three of these to put on our kitchen island. These are beautiful stools that are built to last and are very comfortable! However they were a bit tricky to assemble (lots of turns with the hex wrench) and the quality of the bolts isn't very good (they were too easy to remove when I tried to use my impact tool instead of hand tightening them with the hex wrench for an hour) . The worst part of the assembly was putting the backrest on the seat. The frame of the seat interferes with the hex wrench when tightening and these are long bolts so it takes a lot of small movements to tighten the bolt. Once assembled the chairs look great and are extremely comfortable, they are worth it. efforts! Unfortunately there are quality control issues that need to be mentioned - out of the three units I had a lot of trouble fitting the backrest onto the seat of one of the stools - the holes just didn't line up. I couldn't get two screws into the threaded inserts no matter what I tried and I ended up tearing them off trying. Overall great furniture but I don't like quality control issues.
