Stable chair. Feels high quality. The fabric is a bit rough/scratchy on bare skin and the seat doesn't feel comfortable despite looking like it should. BUT it's actually quite comfortable and you can sit in it all day without getting a sore butt.

If they were easy to disassemble I would probably send them back. It's a good chair, just not what I had in mind. I was hoping that the backrest would be a bit higher than my previous chairs and the bottom of the seat wasn't very deep/wide. Not to mention very, very hard. For the money I paid I want to be happier with them.

To be honest, Cortesi Home's product is well made. However, I purchased through the Revain Warehouse program; and although the item was advertised as "very good" condition, it arrived with chipped wood and a badly dented seat cushion. If my Revain experience had been more enjoyable, this chair would most likely have received a 4 or 5 star rating.

Bought three and each had a problem: one or two holes were in the wrong place, in fact a hole had to be drilled for two of the chairs. Then they were $25 cheaper on another site. I don't mind putting the pieces together but it was actually a headache, a chair isn't that strong because my contractor and I thought we measured exactly where to drill the hole and missed it so there is only two instead of three screws.

The stools are of high quality. durable and heavy. While not "easy to assemble," they certainly weren't difficult to assemble. It just takes a little time and common sense (because the instructions are without words. Some illustrations). Lots of screws are involved, but that makes them very strong. Two screws where most cheaper stools only have one. The seats could be a bit softer in my personal opinion, but they're definitely good. Assembly would be easier if all the holes were a better match and you could tighten the screws with a regular screwdriver instead of an Allen key. Some spots were so tight you could only do a quarter turn at a time, so what could have taken 30 seconds on the screw took about 20 minutes. Allow at least an hour and a half to assemble a chair. The swivel function works, but is very tight for both of us. I haven't seen anyone mention this yet. Tried silicone spray, didn't help. Hopefully they will…

This is a nice sturdy chair but the instructions were not complete which caused problems. The seat back mounting step was not included. This resulted in me having to disassemble part of the chair. The picture in the instructions was so small that it wasn't clear how to attach the seat. A piece of wood was missing from the top of one of the legs, but it is not visible. Bought three of these to put on our kitchen island. These are beautiful stools that are built to last and are very comfortable! However they were a bit tricky to assemble (lots of turns with the hex wrench) and the quality of the bolts isn't very good (they were too easy to remove when I tried to use my impact tool instead of hand tightening them with the hex wrench for an hour) .
