Assembly would be easier if all the holes were a better match and you could tighten the screws with a regular screwdriver instead of an Allen key. Some spots were so tight you could only do a quarter turn at a time, so what could have taken 30 seconds on the screw took about 20 minutes. Allow at least an hour and a half to assemble a chair. The swivel function works, but is very tight for both of us. I haven't seen anyone mention this yet. Tried silicone spray, didn't help. Hopefully they will loosen up with use. Otherwise we love them, they are sturdy and look great in our kitchen.
