I'm only giving these 3 stars because I see it helps some people but not only has it not helped me, myself actually hurting knees, although this may be due to structural issues in my knee (basically there is no cartilage on one side of the knee). Another issue is that it would slip about an inch or so, which I didn't experience wearing my old neoprene brace, even when playing ball. It has good ventilation as my foot didn't feel hot wearing it for hours after it arrived and it has a large area of gel surrounding the kneecap which I think would be great for me but I have it don't get a chance to try it. I also give it 3 stars for comfort alone because although it felt great for a while and supported my knee well, it caused excruciating pain after hours of compression - even knee swelling that lasted about 24 hours after I stopped using one to wear a corset. But like I said, it could be because my knee is broken and not the brace itself.
